WHY THE FUTURE PHARMACY?

For centuries, the essential ingredient or essence of certain parts of certain species of flowers, trees, fruits, herbs and plants have been used to heal people, their pets and their livestock. Today, we know of about half a million botanicals on this planet and yet, only about 300 species are used for healing purposes.

Pharmaceutical company scientists mimic the real thing or isolate the active ingredient of a flora’s essence ("essential oil,") adding unnatural ingredients to the mix until Nature’s perfect creation no longer has the same molecular structure that, so far, no scientist in the world can produce; hence the reason why no one on Earth knows why they work.

However, modern scientific research has proven that essential oils are potent with remarkable medicinal properties; indeed they are very complex in their molecular structure, making them very powerful; in fact, with few exceptions, they should not be used directly on the skin.

Unlike drugs, essential oils do not remain in the body nor do they leave toxic residue in their wake. They are not addictive nor do they produce side effects. Also they’re good for animals; for example, to control fleas, rub no more than one drop of lemongrass or peppermint on your dog or cat’s fur after a bath.

I cannot understand why modern "Allopathic" medicine waits until we get sick before treating us, (not to mention the whole person) and only then, treating the physical symptoms? Wouldn't it make more sense to treat the emotional illness before it settles in matter (the body)?

The Future Pharmacy stems from a vision I had in 1996 while deep in meditation that I had not asked for; rather, that just happened. I suddenly "found myself" on the lost continent of Atlantis, where I saw a woman standing on a hill amongst giant flowers the same height as she, with super-sized petals. She was deeply inhaling their fragrance. Using Inner Sense Perception, I asked her why she was doing that to which she replied "I am curing myself". "What is wrong with you?" I asked. "I am sick with grief." I asked if physical disease existed on Atlantis. "Yes but it is rare". "We don't wait until it gets that far".

That vision of the 90s somehow led me to what I call Aroma Therapeutic Pharmacology, a painless, non-invasive form of preventative health medicine predicated on the idea that body, mind, and soul ARE connected. Our health care system isn't working because it's too hung up on the physical. We need to try something new or at least compliment modern medicine focus on the physical with focus on the person inside the body.
